Tv not working

This is the message I get when clicking on anything on the home page

 

"To use this service, you need to upgrade your subscription "

 

 Why would this be & why do I loose it all when still paying?

Hi @Liz106   Start by power (unplugging) rebooting your Main Sky Q box. Leave it off for at least 30 seconds.
