Tv guide not loading

Hello my TV guide stopped loading several weeks ago and now some of my sports channels are not available screen message "no programmes are currently being broadcast on this channel". Not sure if these are related.  Also no longer get information on the program i am watching.  Any ideas?

@Jmarlo111 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
