Tv guide keeps saying waiting for Tv schedule

For about a week now, both of my sky q boxes have been saying "waiting for tv schedule" and nothing appears, waited ages for schedule to come up and it doesn't?

Yes, rebooted both boxes, everything else is working fine, just no tv schedule! So annoying
