Tv cable

Hi I was having  jurassic fibre connected this morning so we cut what we thought was sky Internet as I didn't want another hole in the wall as last time sky engineers stained my cream carpet ...fibre now all fitted but unable to get sky TV ?

Sounds like the satellite feed was cut?

 

When you say 'can't get TV' - what exactly?  Any messages?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

hi yes satellite cable was cut 🙈 thankfully phoned sky and they are coming out tomorrow
