Not a lot to go on.  With that statement I would suggest contacting your TV manufacturer /ISP if that's buffering.

 

You've posted in a Q forum so I presume it's the Q box?  If so, what's 'buffering'?  Live TV, apps?

 

Have you rebooted the box/router?
