Tv box not working

The tv box is not working for a week and it wrote its app above dude that download this app so i don't know what should i do please send an engineer to fix my tv tv box Can and if possible plz upload man because this is going on for  five days week

Your post is difficult to understand. Suffice to say this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. No engineer (if one is needed) will be arranged by you posting on here. Can you try to explain again what is happening?
