Trying to watch a programme and it says queued

Have watched many programmes in the series but now cannot it say now says queued. Help please

Hi @Martin25 

Go to Recordings - Manage - Downloading.

Here you can manage your Queue and Downloads..

 

If any are stuck try deleting them (also delete it from the Deleted section) and then download it again
