Trying to set up sky q - I’m at the sky menu but the arrow keys won’t work on remote.

System says to pair the viewing card but arrow keys don't allow me to move down to the Settings menu option

Hi @SMorg77  I would try resetting your remote to revert it to an IR remote (line of sight). Hold down 7 & 9 buttons until the led flashes 4 times.
