Trying to get support with sky is a nightmare!

Can only watch normal TV no Sky channels - screen just keeps says insert viewing card chip side up, I’ve tried removing and wiping the chip and reinserting it. No difference. Was ok yesterday morning, start will message last night

@Teacher19 You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
