How are you trying to do this? In My Sky? And what exactly happens?

Saying I've got Netflix but I'm not using it anymore as it was from another address I've been took off it since Saturday but it's still not allowed me to join

You need your old shared netflix account unlinking from your sky account. I've escalated this for you. Watch out for a coloured popup chat balloon on here once the Sky team pick it up.
