I added Netflix to my sky account yesterday, but I cannot get set up as I'm linked to my sons account. What should I do

Contact Netflix to unlink their Netflix account from your Sky bill. You'll need the email address of the account you want to unlink.
When they’ve done this, open Netflix on Sky Q and follow the on-screen instructions for setting up or linking your own Netflix account.
Don't have the account's email address? Get in touch with us at the bottom of this page and we’ll unlink it for you. This can take up to three days – we’ll let you know when it’s done.
