Trouble logging in.

I am switching from sky+ to sky Q and am due to have it fitted tomorrow.  I've recieved my new viewing card and have downloaded the Myskyapp. I'm having trouble signing in to my account. I've tried using my email address, both the new one I registered when I signed up to sky Q and my old email address which I no longer have access to but it said that these detail don't match an account. I've also tried logging in using my name and address,  my viewing card number both old and new and what I think is my account number but nothing works. I want to have everything ready for installation tomorrow so please help. Thank you. Kate

Is this the first time you've logged into your Sky online account?

 

Edited to add: and if you've logged in successfully before, were you able to view your bills?
