Tree Blocking Signal

I need to get written confirmation regarding a recent service visit, during which the Sky engineer relocated our satellite dish due to signal interference caused by a neighbouring tree.

The engineer advised that this relocation is a temporary solution, as the tree is expected to cause signal issues again in the future as it continues to grow. Our neighbour has kindly agreed to reduce the height of the tree, but has requested official documentation from Sky confirming the cause of the interference and the engineer’s recommendation. Is it possible to get such a report.

@Mrs+Templar You would need to ring Sky. This is primarily a customer forum.

I very much doubt it.  But you'll have to call and ask...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
