'Transformer' plug wont fit into socket behind my TV where it has been mounted

Hi

I have just signed upto sky and recently had my brand new TV mounted to the wall where I had a new plug socket fitted especially for this however as Skys plug is a large rectangular one this won't fit into the plug socket behind my flushed screen, any ideas where I can get a replacement 'normal' size plug

@Denisebfu  is this a Sky Q box?

As it's a transformer rather than a plug there isn't any alternative.

All you can do is fit an extension lead to the socket (or another socket elsewhere) and plug the transformer into that.

Also as transformers tend to hot during their use it's probably not best to have one trapped behind a wall mounted tv!

@Denisebfu

That's a Stream puck power supply, not a Q box 'plug'.

Stream requires an external PSU because unlike Q boxes there isn't room for an internal transformer within that diminutive enclosure.

Alternative PSUs for Stream pucks are available online, but cannot be recommended here for use with loaned Sky hardware.
