Toshiba tv not getting signal from mini q box

All working fine for a few weeks and then lose signal. Message on tv 'No signal' but Q mini shows green light

Restarted both from scratch three times. No luck. 
Restarted main Q box and followed steps on screen. No luck. 
This happens every other month - only with Toshiba tv. The other Q mini is working fine with Samsung and never trips. 
Still no signal currently so I'm watching Prime instead - but I really want to get Sky working again. Help!

hi @SEwalley 

If you haven't already tried this, remove the HDMI Cable from both TV & mini box and firmly re-seat it

 If that doesn't work, also try a different HDMI input on the TV.
