i have up graded to sky cinema last year forgot I had it but it's still not working 🤷🏻‍♂️

What do you mean by 'not working'?

What happens when you select a movie channel (301 upwards) or try and download one?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
