Toshiba TV - worked fine until Sky updated router and installed new Sky Q box.

No model number on TV. Now I have sound but no picture - taken out cables, switched off and turned back on again - no change

When pressing the Q button on the Sky box makes a high pitched bleep.

No control panel on the TV to help

Any ideas please? thank you

Sounds like a faulty box, no? Have you tried the "set my box output to 1080" thing?
