To discuss about the enginee's visit

We have a skyline in the flat but I was messaged about arranging access to the comminear area

Not sure if you are aware but we are customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky. Having said that is you explain what you issue is we might be able to help or suggest something ?

If you have a communal dish, the engineer may need access to the cupboard where the Sky equipment is installed. I imagine the message was asking you to arrange that with your landlord or building management people.
