Netflix not loading consistently

Hi everyone,

 

We have Netflix (seperately not via Sky) and on the main Sky Q box it can be really hit or miss if it loads up, often just get the Nextflix screen until I give up.

 

Opens on the multiroom box consitently.

 

Any suggestions?
