When you call you need to go through the autmated system, there is no way around that, however if you tell the forum what the query is we may be able to help.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

My lnb has fallen apart so I just need to speak to a human if I have to upgrade I need to know cost before I go ahead I don't want to do everything automated

@Tim15  If you have Sky Q (as it's the forum you've posted in)  then callouts are free, use this link work to the end and you'll be able to book an engineer
