This screen does not support HDCP.

I've reconnected & disconnected the HDMI cable.  I've re-booted the Q box.  I'm pretty confident a first stepis to replace the HDMI cale.   This Sky automated system seems incapable of understanding this basic issue.. Community notes merely confirm I'm on the right track.

Yes.  This is a simple fix.  Or possibly a new Q box.  I pay a small fortune for a service.  Sky can easily afford to send our a new cable.  Including P&P probaly cost them less than £2.  I don't support the ethos of customer support being so bad, customers pay our & resolve issues on behalf of the ccompany.  This is my spare Q box so I'm happy to wait.

Hi @Michael268  I doubt if Sky systems have a mechanism to do that. The computer says no, nothing to do with the cost.
