My Sky Q main box and minis both got updated to Q370.000.09.00 firmware last night (previously Q360.000.08.00) . Be interesting to see if this changes either problem.

I now have Q370.000.09.00L (6akmkck).

Fingers crossed on both issues.

The build of Netflix has increased slightly too, to Q370.000.09.00L-5.0.4-2.2.0. (I'm sure only the 5.0.4-2.2.0 is significant. Previously was 5.0.4-2.1.1)

That wouldn't have made any difference anyway but if it's still displaying this then unplug it for 10 minutes and then see if it will reboot as normal.

Re: This programme is no longer available

I have done all the unplugging rebooting, over a week now, software update and still my tv messages say:

- recordings not available

- no apps work

- problem with your hard drive

@RAB137

You now have a different issue to the subject of this thread.

Try following this link. It should lead to a replacement box if needed https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-drive-errors

If you do need a new box remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into the back of the couriers van and accept any new power cable DPD deliver with the replacement box in case it's different to the one you have.

This thread has gone awful quite, can anyone who has updated to Q370 confirm that it's resolved this issue? I'm still on Q360 myself but I had a different and much less frequent issue with the HDMI handshake bug.

Re: This programme is no longer available

I confirm the update on my 2tb Sky Q. The issue of unable to switch on without full reset continues. The error message with inability to playback recordings without full reset has increased in frequency. I really had my fingers crossed for this updated software but apparently it was not to be.

Re: This programme is no longer available

Well, after being hopeful, the HDMI issue hasn't been resolved for me with this update (Q370).

It has happened only once since the update, which seems less often that it did but have had it the once.

Re: This programme is no longer available

Is there any update on this SKY Q Box mess! I've had it going for some time now and it's a pain having to reset at the socket every few days to get the channels working again. How are we paying for such a buggy service, I regret getting sky broadband full fibre recently too as that doesn't seem to be as fast as BT  (part fibre) and seems quite laggy. When is the software upgrade coming for gods sake how is this not being managed properly in a half decent IT DEPT!!

Re: This programme is no longer available

Have you tried the temporary fix of disabling the wifi connection on the TV (not the box). Worked on mine and whilst it can be a pain if you want to stream direct and not through the box but way better than therebooting scenario

Re: This programme is no longer available

Would be interested to know how many people have had success disabling the WiFi from the tv as I don't think anyone that's tried it has had no joy. So, anyone out there tried it without success?

Re: This Programme No Longer Available

We have been having issues with our Sky Q box for a few months - its got to the point now where we have to reset more than once everyday.  Thought it was possibly just our box, but found this thread when searching online.

Our box has the latest update (370??) which hasn't helped at all 😞 and surprised Sky have let these issues go on for so long.

Very disappointed as we've also been long time customers.

Re: This programme is no longer available

Disabling WiFi works for me on Sony Bravia and has done since it was suggested. For some reason I still have to press the sky remote home button twice but it's no buggy until sky sort this awful mess out

Can you confirm whether it's on 360 or 370 software?
