This programme cannot be recorded

I am trying to set Prisoner Cell Block H to record on 5select starting Monday at 11PM. I keep getting message that this programme cannot be recorded.

Why would this happen as I had no problem recording previous episodes of it on this channel and how can I resolve this ?

Just checked here @ChrisH84 

Receive the same message and so it is down to the channel and not your Q box

Try again nearer the time and it will probably work.

And the same happens on Sky+ as well so clealry something that the Viewer Relations team need to be informed about via the above email address.
