This programme cannot be recorded - Live Mma: One Championship

I am a SKY Q customer based in Republic of Ireland with Sky Sports package. 

I am trying to set a record for Live Mma: One Championship on Sky Sports Mix at 1am on Saturday 13 January 2024 but an error message appears:   "This programme cannot be recorded".

I have already unplugged my SKY Q box for an hour and tried again but it still doesn't set to record, and I am able to set to record both programs either of Live Mma: One Championship .

Can anyone please confirm if I am able to record this program or not ?

I get the same message so it might be worth emailing the Viewer Relations team at Sky to let them know about this - viewerR@sky.uk

@caesarome I emailed and they replied very quickly:  "...... tv guide will be updated later today and you should be able to record."

new issue ... I have missed out on several fights as the internal SKY programing page for MMA (https://www.skysports.com/watch/mma-on-sky) does not update reliably, for example there is a fight on early Saturday morning that I have schedualed to record.

The problem with this is I have to manualy go click Record via the progam guide on the SKY box, and there is not option to record the series like there is for example with Premier League football matches. 

Is this something SKY has to enable on their side ? Such a pity to miss so much of this great fighting championship !

I'm struggling with this myself. What happens if you miss a recording, have you found a way to watch past events that you didn't set up to record?

This is frustrating as ONE moving from free to view onto Sky Sports was one of the reasons I subscribed...
