Think main Sky Q box is on its way out
I've had Sky Q and Multiroom (1 Mini) for the past year. Non-Sky internet. Main box in living room and Mini upstairs in bedroom. As the router is in the same room as the Mini, the Mini is connected via ethernet to the router. The main box gets the internet from the router via powerline. The main box is always left on due to recordings and series link. Anyway, no issues.
For the past two weeks either two things start happening on the Mini. The picture works for 30 seconds then goes to a blue screen for 30 seconds and the cycle repeats. On occasions the mini will boot up but I am just left with a blue screen. Also on occasions the mini will just stick to the menu and not go onto TV full screen at all. What baffles me throughout is that regardless of the issue, both boxes have internet connection.
The only workaround I have is that I reboot the main box. The problem is is that the above keeps happening every 3-4 days. I'm not sure if it's the mini or the main box. Judging by how Sky Go also goes off I believe the issue to be the main box.
I find it weird how everything has been fine for the past year but now all of a sudden im consistently getting picture issues. Will Sky be able to give me a new box/new boxes?
Thanks.

Yes, if their diagnosis suggests that's appropriate.
