We are having trouble with WiFi on one side of the house the sky Q minni box keep disconnecting and we are not getting WiFi

If you report this as a Q television problem then Sky would loan a wireless booster (for Q use only)

They won't loan booster hardware for more general use unless Sky is your ISP and you have the appropriate subscription supplement.
