The tv went on standby. Turned on again and only have sound, no vision. Disconnected at wall plug bu

Tv went on to standby. When turned on again there was only sound and no vision. Disconnected at wall plug and tried again, same sound no vision.

Try restarting your Sky Q as well, by turning off at the plug for a minute.

- Thanks you. How do I restart the box please? Been on to Sky they are sending a new box - this one is only a few weeks old.
