hi @Nigel63 

Even though your TV sound works when not using SKY, please may I suggest that you try a power down restart of your TV (i.e. switch off at mains or unplug)  - Several  people reporting loss of sound have found that doing this has restored sound.

Of course it may not, but worth a try
