Screen pixelated we cant read the anything on screen or on menu pages

Hi our sky screen is pixilated including the menu page and all unreadable. We have tried the usual turning off and not worked Ny ideas please?

Can you post a photo? (It will probably take a while to appear, has to be approved and just shows as a triangle until then)
