The remote isn't working.

I have a mini sky Q setup. The remote has been working fine. It now doesn't move on screen using the right or left keys. I have changed the batteries and switched it on and off again.

If your Sky Q mini remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for customers in the ROI).
