The Main box starts up ok. But over the last 3 days it has lost connectivity to the programmes. It does not just happen when the box has been on for a while it has happened just after starting it up today. We can watch the same programmes and recordings without any issue on the mini box so we assume the Sky Q box needs replacing. Each day the issue happens more and more, spoiling the viewing experience.
