The channels are changing on their own. Just randomly ending up on some channel.

Just started this evening.  Watching a programme and it will suddenly disappear and the tv runs through a few channels and then lands on one at random. Then have to go back to original programme.

Better with recorded programmes but it still happens occasionally.

Hi @CMarley 

Make sure you have no Bluetooth devices in close proximity to your Q box.

Also check no buttons on the Q remote are sticking.

If they all seem Ok

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
