Hi, the batteries in my remote for the main Sky Q box are not lasting long, I have changed them approx 3 times in the last 2 months (they are Duracell batteries, not a cheap brand), & the message has come up on the screen again today to change the batteries in my remote again. Do I need to get a new remote or is it a fault that can be repaired

Hi @Littlepick 

Remove the batteries and press and check every button to ensure that none are sticking.

Replace the batteries and then

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
