The Sky person I talked to on the phone changed my subscription and I lost channels that I want.

I am a long time SKY Q customer. I recently agreed to move from BT Broadband to Sky Full Fibrel. As part of the change, they made some changes to "upgrade" my SkyQ package to reduce the cost. I said that was fine as long as I didn't lose anything I currently had. Yesterday, a whole bunch of HD channels I used to have were no longer available. I specifically told the Sky person I didn't want to lose anything, but it appears that I have. How do I get all my HD/UHD channels reinstated??
