That's TV 2

Does anybody know why That's TV 2 & 3 have dissapeared from Sky Q this weekend?

That's TV 2 closed permanently on 26 May. It is apparently still available on Freeview. Never heard of That's TV 3.

Many thanks for the info. Shame they closed though. Hope That's Tv 1 doesn't go the same way as i watch that one every day.

Unfortunately That's Media appears to struggling: it's really difficult to keep relatively small broadcast channels going these days.

The closures have intensified scrutiny of parent company That’s Media Limited, amid reports of substantial cost‑cutting, redundancies and delays in filing financial accounts.

RXTV understands from multiple sources that it is making as much as 50% of its journalists working on local TV news services redundant. That’s TV has not commented publicly on the reports. For the second time since 2024, it is late in filing its annual accounts. The company faces commencement of compulsory strike-off action by Companies House on 3rd March, if it fails to submit accounts.

That's TV2 and That's 20th Century (formally That's TV3) left both Sky and VirginMedia at about the same time.

Both are still running on Freeview.

So if they (that's TV2&3) are still on Freeview why are they not available on SkyQ? They haven't closed!! 
I watch these regularly st my Mom's as she has Freevirw and no pay-peer-view. But at home I have Sky Q (quite expensive!) and only Thsts Tv1 is there????!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Poor service!!!

Freeview &  Satellite as used by Freesat & SKY  HD & SKY Q are two completely different infrastructures 

The costs to distribute channels via Freeview are much lower than via Satellite

As indicated , the decision is made by the channels owners which is not SKY

Satellite is actually much cheaper than Freeview. Freeview costs several million per year as you're paying towards the upkeep of  hundreds of transmitters across the country. I suspect That's TV 2 and 3 are only still on Freeview because they paid for the capacity in advance and it hasn't expired yet.
