Terrible WiFi terrible sky customer service

Have now had months of issues sky mini boxes failing to connect to main sky Q box. WiFi signal and speed awful. Everytine I phone go through all the trouble shooting then I'm sold an upgrade. I'm now on 500mb full fibre boxes still fail to connect on a regular basis and the WiFi is horrendous and totally unusable. Now at my wits end my daughter on virgin 350 mb on WiFi anywhere in her house my son on bt 250mb anywhere in the house. Why do sky keep lying and covering up their substandard products and service. Been with sky over 20 years never had so many issues as I've had the last 4 months. Now thinking biting the bullett and changing provider. Had Enough numerous visits still not sorted.

How was upgrading the internet connection speed (which is never a bad idea) supposed to help with the internal wifi issues?

 

Do your daughter & son have Sky Q?

 

Are their houses smaller?
