Technical support

I need to fix / replace my sky card as the box cannot read it .why cannot I get a human to talk to ?

Done it. It's a re boot using 001 in settings and still it won't recognise the card. It says it's not inserted. I tried an old card and it could read that.  All I want is a new card !

Have you tried refreshing your viewing card by pressing

home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup - press select to trigger a callback. 

This isn't a callback on your landline or mobile phone, its Sky terminology and it will be done over the internet.
