Technical issue

My sky Q box is showing a locked 🔒 symbol and I can't get off this page it won't allow me to access any other page

@NG3 not something I have seen can you post a picture of the screen as wondering if its something to do with you TV rather than sky box


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
