Technical issue - sky box has permanent amber light

My sky box is fixed with a still amber light. The remote control or pressing buttons on the box can change this.

Sorry - I meant to say pressing buttons on the remote control or the box won't change the constant amber light

Have you held the button with the light in it down for 10 seconds?
