Technical fault

When watching sky movies and other channels I get a blue sky with technical fault with this channel. Sometimes it does it occasionally while watching a program other times it stops the channel working completely, normally  Sky Movies

I've done a reboot, reset and stitched on/off and reset again and still the same problems. Wires at back are secure. Getting fed up with paying month fee when I'm not able to watch movies or catch up/on demand. It's also happening on live tv. Frustrated!
