Technical fault

Hi, I’m considering cancelling my Sky contract for a few reasons. The main reason is the cost and that we keep getting issues with “technical faults” on downloads. It’s getting infuriating. Tried all the troubleshooting and nothing works.


the cancellation team asked me to talk to you prior to see if you can solve it before cancelling.

Hi @Bac2022   Just checking that you know that this is a community of customers. Basically customers trying to help other customers. There is no "you" unless you are referring to other customers, not Sky.
