Technical fault

Hi. When I press my red button on my sky Q remote 'for match choice on sky sports'

I keep getting the message - There is a technical issue. Please try again later. Code WGT8. I have tried updating and rebooting but without success. Any help appreciated

@DID11 what firmware version is your Q box on 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
