Had the same and discovered that if you don't use UHD then it works. Watch the game on just HD and it works.

• I rebooted the glass and it's on now refreshed mt apps 3 times then rebooted give that a try if your on glass or pucks

No need to call Sky. Just keep trying it through the box whilst watching through the app.
