Technical fault error - going on for weeks

I have a Technical fault error & keep having to call sky to reset the signals to the viewing card - if I'm lucky it will last an hour before the error comes back / I have had 2 CRF's raised and it's still not resolved - this has been going on for weeks - had an engineer out a month ago and he advised it's an account services issue so I don't understand why this can't be resolved- help please!
