SKY ATLANTIC ASKING ME TO UPGRADE ?????

We had a series link set up for a drama on SKY Atlantic which worked fine until last nights episode which did not record.

On checking it said I needed to upgrade my package ???????

Tried to record again and got the same message.

Unable to get anyone on CHAT or Phone hence the post.

My SKY package is everything except Cinema.

hi @Robert.C 

 

Do you have the  HD add on - if not then you, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)


If you have the HD add on but not UHD then make sure you are not trying to download the UHD version

I have the UHD and HD add on, preference set at HD.

The program that failed to record was in HD format, tried to record again and got same subscription upgrade message.

Other HD programmes record fine.
