Technical error

Message says technical error - no access  to recordings or able to download/watch catchup /ondemand but can use apps for Netflix, iPlayer etc 

 

able to watch live tv 

 

this has been like this for weeks but says try later 

 

losing the will to live with Sky customer service - or lack of it

@Xzarr Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Yes numerous times same message try later 

 

will not download recordings or play on demand or catchup as cannot download 

 

yet all other apps working
