Technical error message
Error message shown, unable to set up new sky box 'sorry, because of a technical issue you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem

What new Sky box? You have posted on the Sky+ board. You cannot set up a new Sky+ box that you're viewing card wasn't in at the end of October 2024.

This sounds like a Sky Q error, not Sky+.If so try restarting both your Sky Q box AND your broadband router. Let your router full restart before turning the power to your Sky Q box back on.

@John2213 assuming this is a new Sky Q box did you get it from Sky ?
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
