Technical Fault - sky sports

Hey there, 

 

Continually, when wanting to access a football game for sky sports to watch from start, a message states 'technical fault' try again later. 

this means we have not been able to watch from start any live football games or to playback anything. 

only allowed to watch live. 

this used to be a possibility to playback and watch live but is no more and is rather gutting as sky sports is rather expensive. 

Any ideas? 💡
