Hi. When I press the red button for match choice on my SkyQ box I get the message. There is a technical issue. Please try again later. Code:WGT8. How do I resolve this? Any help appreciated.

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Thanks yeah I tried that and it's still not working. Is this a common problem when trying to use the red button using a Sky Q box?
