TVplanner not available or updating

We have a Sky Q master box and a small box in the kitchen all on the same network as all electronics in the house (all working and connected) however on both the main box and the mini box selecting TVPlanner shows no planner and seems to try to update but its been happening for at least 4 hours, dettings on both boxes state that they are connected to the network and have IP addresses.  Any one else hving this problem or am I the special one today 😞

Tried rebooting your main Q box? Turn it off at the wall for a minute or two then power it back on and see if it sorts itself out.

It was a network issue, YouFibre had updated the router but the router had not been rebooted.
